I found that the git version any translation is this on purpose?

Yes, because the translations for KDE projects are handled in SVN. You can find more information about this in http://techbase.kde.org
The translations are released with the tarballs only. If you are interested in translating for Amarok, please join your language specific group, you can find those here: http://l10n.kde.org/teams-list.php

FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
