With Amarok 1.2.3 (debian unstable), when using gstreamer engine, after playing a song for the first time, if you stop the playback, the CPU usage still continues to be around 10%.
With the xine engine, it has no cpu usage when I stop playing a sound. The cpu usage is 0% in both case when amarok is first started and no playback has happened yet. Is this a bug? If that matters, I\'m using a 0ms gap between songs with no fade in/out. I can provide an \"strace\" of the process if needed or more debug info. Let me know -Chris |
