DB

Hi !
Do you have some informations about the Database-tables ?
I use \"dcop amarok collection query \"select name from artist order by name\"\" to get all artists. This request shows artists from mp3-files played
some time before, but not added to the collection ( e.g. podcasts ).
the only document with informations I found is this one:
http://amarok.kde.org/wiki/index.php/MySQL_HowTo

Thx,
Andreas

Have a look in collectiondb.cpp for this info, maybe someday I\'ll get around to writing a wiki page for the db.

It should be pretty easy to just publish the schema, instead of making someone read the sourcecode, yes?

Anyone wanting to work the database should probably just install something like phpmyadmin or sql navigator. I suppose we could put the output from phpmyadmin on the wiki somewhere, its already really crowded, more crowded wouldn\'t hurt it.
