Script Request

Thu Oct 25, 2007 4:41 pm
Hello developers and script writer people :-)

When I was on windows, I used MediaMonkey which had a feature that I now miss and is absent from Amarok. If I was browing my music via the File Tree and double-clicked on a track, it would automatically replace the entire playlist with a new playlist consisting of just that directory and starting at the track that I clicked on. In other words, since my music is organized as follows -- Artist\Album\Track # - Track -- anytime I double clicked a particular track, the whole album would replace whatever playlist was currently loaded (usually another album) and would start playing from that track number.

I would like to request that someone with experience writing script for Amarok write one that has this functionality. It may seem small, but its actually quite handy.

-Wolfgang
