It's a custom widget from Amarok. Qt does not provide it.

Go to the http://amarok.kde.org homepage and click the download link. It's the first link on the left, is bold, and really, you shouldn't HAVE to be told that.

I have already the source because I'm under gentoo, the source is for me in /usr/portage/distfiles/ |

In Amarok 2 it's src/Systray.cpp. But it doesn't currently feature animation, so that might be of limited use.
