Is it possible to set custom covers for streams in a script? If so, how?

What I am trying to accomplish is to get "Now Rocking", Playwolf and similar plasmoids to show a custom cover (global for the script) rather than the default or an empty cover.

I've managed to set an icon for the script for the "Internet" panel, but I've not managed to get any further than that.
