Current amarok GIT 28.05.2011 doesn't scrobble. Amarok stops after every song asking two times for kwallet password, but doesn't scrobble at all. Last.fm login succeeds.

It's commit cd8f7865fd93bfcb4612c3f19124b47f0298142f, which adds the option to scrobble the composer rather than the artist, but it's enabled by default and doesn't fall back to the artist if the composer field is empty. You can turn it off in the last.fm settings, and I'm waiting on someone with commit access to make it disabled by default.

Correct. I found it while looking through amarokrc. Amarok still asks for the wallet password before each track. I've now disabled kwallet and entered the password in amarokrc. But this is only a makeshift.
