URI in collection database.

Hi,

as KDE user and user of Amarok (keep up the good work!) I'm using a collection of audio files on a SMB (Samba) server, sharing it with other users.

To make sharing the collection database, it would be a good thing to share it using a URI (like smb://server/share/somemap/test.mp3) in stead of a local path.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Thanks for your effort.

The second issue is an error I have to solve. I'm developing my own filesystem (fuse-workspace) and it does not support polling yet, which is required to make gamin (a file change monitor) work.
