Usability: Amarok does not save stream names in playlists

Hi devs,

I have been trying using Amarok for listening to internet radios.
It works very well when it comes to listening, but support seems to be limited when it comes to playlists: it seems only to save the stream URL, which makes it impossible to build a sensible playlist (let's say, of my favorite rock stations).
So a playlist ends up looking like this:

http://145.58.33.95:8068
http://21.58.33.95:80080
....

If I play an entry, I see 'whatever track' ON 'whatever radio' - so the radio name is there; it is just not stored in the db.
The change would be to store in the amarok db the stream name, not only the stream location.
That would make a huge difference for us using Amarok for streams.

Do you think this can be implemented?

Thanks you all

IIRC this very much depends on how the station sends its metadata. Please make a feature request on http://bugs.kde.org for this.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

I checked, and it looks like this is a bug:

Hopefully it will get fixed soon!
