Can Amarok save rating as tags into files, so that when I delete configuration folder or plug pendrive with music files into other KDE system I could see rating on another Amarok?

Yes, please see the Settings menu - Configure Amarok -> Metadata -> Write statistics to file. All this is in the handbook as well, see http://userbase.kde.org/Amarok/Manual/C ... k#Metadata
