what about add to time bookmarks for files?

ex: when you have a music file that have 1h 20m long and on 31m 20s is song that\'s your fav. you can add time bookmark and when you\'ll be play this song in the future you can click on time bookmark and jump to fav. song

or even more time bookmarks is from time of file to time of thesame file and you\'ll can add only bookmark into playlist?
