It would be nice to be able to load equalizer presets ala XMMS downloading Winamp presets. Comes in handy for those who use the equalizer.

I second that. I also think that an \"auto-equalizer\" mode that auto changes the preset based on the genre tag would be nice.

I\'d rather have an equalizer that was pratical to use. 10 sliders are a pain. arts had this plugin that I can\'t find anymore, it was a line-graph style equalizer. A lot easier to use then the tired UI from real-life equalizers.

I forgot to say in my last post concerning genre based auto-equalizer that this should be over ridden if there is a preset (profile) for a specific track.

1.2.2 will have a DCOP interface for the equalizer settings, so it would be easy for anyone to add such a feature.
