I am fairly new to linux and after installing amarok i was pleased to see it worked 1st time!

I added an NTFS folder to my collection and updated the database which worked fine. I later booted in to windows and renamed the said folder before creating another one to take its place with the same name as before but contraining different files.

Now when i use amarok the collection isnt updating properly and still seems to update with the old directory even though ive renamed it and it isnt selected as an update path anymore.

I have found the storage location of the database file and cleared that but i cannot find where the list of locations from which the collection is updated is stored.

Does anyone know how i can manually reset the update paths so i can start again as if i had just installed it? Any help appreciated! thanks indeed.

Just... hit me if I\'m asking something stupid, but i don\'t have a .kde/ folder. Is it just my distribution (kubuntu 5.10)? :(

You must have .kde dir if you use amaroK.
execute \"cd ~/.kde\" in command line and you are here!

Files strting with a dot are considered \"hidden\" and aren\'t normally shown. View -> Show hidden files in konqueror will show them.
