ID3 tag suggestion

Sat Apr 09, 2005 11:34 am
I\'d like to be able to right click on a group of songs with either an unknown artist, album name, etc., and be able to change all the songs at once. For instance, say I have the White Album by the Beatles. I would like to type in \"White Album\" and \"Beatles\" once and have it applied to all songs.

You can do this. What made you think you couldn\'t? Is there a way we can make it more obvious?

And I\'m asking seriously... users asking for features that already exist might be a sign that it could be improved ;).

You can already do that? How does it work? Maybe I didn\'t look hard enough.

erm, yes you select multiple tracks and edit away. If you can edit the metadata for one track (in the playlist) I fail to see how you would have trouble with multiple.

Okay, that makes sense. I was looking for a menu option and I didn\'t even think about that. Thanks!
