In the dialogue where you can download amazon-covers and switch to another one to finally save it, there sadly two buttons have the same shortcut (in the german version!):

\"Nächstes Cover\" and \"Cancel\" both use ALT+C, so you can\'t easily jump to the next cover..
Maybe it\'s a problem with the translation..
Would be nice to have another shortcut..
