dcop features: maximize/minimize?

Tue Sep 13, 2005 8:40 pm
Hi,

I\'m currently using lirc to control amarok with my remote. Works great! Many thanks to the developers.

However when I use my remote to switch to the TV-app I\'d like amarok to minimze (i.e. move to tray). Likewise when I switch back from TV to amarok I\'d like amarok to maximize. I was unable to find any dcop calls to do so. Did I miss something?

currently I\'m helping myself by calling \"amarok\" which toggles between minimized amd maximized view, but for my purpose I need a way to ensure it\'s maximized/minimized, not a toggle.

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers,
Karsten

There\'s also `dcop amarok playlist togglePlaylist`, but that doesn\'t help you much. ;)

Why can\'t you use a toggle?
