Burn Playlist - K3b-internal renaming

Sat Sep 02, 2006 10:56 am
I'm looking for a feature to burn all tracks of a Playlist (eg. mp3-files) to a Data-CD-Rom, keeping the order of the tracks. Now K3b has the Feature to rename a File for burning, but keeping the original file untouched on the hard-disk (local path). You could combine this with the "Burn tracks"-feature of amarok! Amarok tells K3b to rename the first mp3-file of our playlist "example.mp3" to "01 - example.mp3", the second file "second.mp3" to "02 - second.mp3", and so on... BUT: the files are only renamed in the K3b-Collection, NOT on the harddisk.
I hope you got, what I mean. If such a feature already exists, please tell me. Otherwhise you could integrate it into the context-menu to burn tracks. I'm sure, it is possible, maybe amarok has to write a k3b-project-file first and then call k3b with this file.
