The feature to seperate compilation artists from regular ones by displaying them in the Various Artists folder works well if the collection is in the Interpret\Album view. Unfortunately, as for my amarok installation this does not apply to the Genre\Interpret\Album view. Would it be possible to implement this by, for example, displaying a Various Artists folder on the top level or by even better adding distinct Various Artist folders below each genre?

Totally agreed! I don't like to have the same album about 17 times in my library, with only one or two tracks in it... I understand, that the Genre/Interpret/Album(That's the german version isn't it? Shouldn't the english version be: Genre/Artist/Album?)-View is useful, if you search a track of an Artist, but even in the Artist-View I would like to have compilations listed as compilations...

Are we still waiting on this? This is one of those "hard to believe this is still an issue" missing features, if it's still un-done.
