Entire Collection -- Alphabet separators -- not an improvement

In version 1.4.3 of Amarok I see, for the first time, that Alphabet separators have been added to the Entire Collection pane.  Due to the way in which I have come to use this pane, I do not consider this an improvement.

I like to use the Genre/Artist/Album grouping in this pane.  I have personally standardized on approximately 20 genres which is fewer than the letters of the alphabet.  The Alphabet separators do not improve this presentation in this case.  Is there a way to turn off these separators?

My suggestion would be to not use these separators unless the list of things in the pane exceeds some number.  It certainly seems silly to have the separators grow a list which would fit within a single pane to the point that it has to be scrolled.  This has happened to my compact list of genres.  It has become an unreadable mess.

This minor gripe aside, I consider Amarok a fantastic piece of work.  I consider it one of the Linux killer apps.

Great!  How?  Maybe 1.4.3 has the same method.

No sooner had I sent the previous message than I found the "Show divider" button.  Everybody can stop developing.  Amarok is perfect!  Ship it!
