queue - playlists

Thu Dec 28, 2006 10:41 pm
I use the german version of Amarok so I might not use the correct words when describing something.

You can make Queues of what Song comes next, basicly a playlist. I use this function alot. But I would like to have a second Queue Button which works like this:
"If reach this number go to next number"
Basicly I would need it when I am halfway through an album and want another Album that is somewhere else in the playlist to come next. And I am too lazy to queue all songs still on list. And maybe after that I even want another album.

Not quite sure if other people might need this but I'm sure it would help in other ways too.

Second thing I would like is a function "delete duplicate and dead entries from playlist". This function is possible with the normal playlist but not the Playlists shown in the sidebar. Of course I could delete put the playlist in amarok and do the same thing and resave it. But I would'nt mind the function anyway.

Another function for creating intelligent playlists would be to add the option "only for Folder:X", basicly be able to choose which folders the intelligent playlist gets its content from.
