[SOLVED] play folder feature

Fri Feb 16, 2007 3:21 pm
I previously always used players like Winamp and XMMS.
When I tried Amarok, I missed the "play folder" feature (or was unable to find it).

I found out that I could drag&drop folders into the playlist which is also very practical, but which requires me to open another window.

But I still prefer the "play folder" option which allows me to open folders directly, as if they were individual files.
Simple, but practical. ;)

What do you mean by 'open folders directly' ? Go to Files tab on the left, open the folder you want and double click it to populate your playlist.
