queue - mouse middle button

Fri Mar 02, 2007 11:52 am
is it possible to assign "add to queue" to mouse middle button?
it'll be more comfortable than using keyboard shortcuts.

thx

Middle mouse button is already assigned to "paste". So we couldn't use it.

I'm not quite sure what hurra wants to say ;) But yeah, I use it. And you should try it too.

It works with most applications on Linux. E.g. Opera: Paste a URL anywhere on Opera, and it will open it. Works with Konqueror too, etc..

Everyone uses the middle mouse button for pasting. That's what i wanted to say.
Max wrote it in that bug, it's the X11 default behaviour.

I use it for pasting also but it can be used for other things in certain applications. for instance in Firefox it will open a new tab if you click on a link rather than just paste text.
