I've talked to some musicians recently, and they said, well, there is a license tag inside of the id3's... but the user won't become aware of it.
My idea here is to view for example a Creative Commons Logo so one becomes aware of the terms of use.
As we (Programmers) make a carefull choice under which license we publish code (is bsd better for that, should i take gpl.....) Musicians do too.
We should respect their choice, and tell their audience in a convenient way how it was.
