Seek Issue
Hello there, I have been waiting for developers to fix really annoying problem:
when you click on the progress bar while the song is played, as expected it jumps to that location, but some times (about 50% of the time) it does it with really loud noise (either, click, pop, blip or flick or combination of those :)). I personally prefer music with high dynamic range, and when I expect really quiet part but the bloody thing flicks at me at full noise - well, you can have heart attack in no time.

Another Seek Issue
I don't know about others but I have problem with mpc playback - it shows the progress bar fine but I cannot skip or seek within the track - it just stops playing for about 10sec and restarts at previous position within the song.

Trackers and again Seek Issue

The trackers (IT, mod, xm, etc) don't have seek bar at all. What about midi support? How can I play midis with amarok (I do not want 10 different players to 1 thing - play music).

Equalizer
I have another  gripe with Equalizer - being only 10 band and without subsonic filter it is useless (for example I want to have a peak at 30Hz but complete cut off at 15Hz as it just overdrives subwoofers unnecessarily, also I want to cut 10kHz but increase 16Khz, etc.). Also sometimes it fails to come on top of other windows - especially when I invoke it from player window.

I wish they ported Winamp to linux (it did everything I wanted it to).

P.S. Double click should play song.

After a few version updates it still flicks and blips while skipping using the progress bar.
So here is my suggestion how to fix it, make a script that mutes the output before resuming the play when user skips using progress bar (basically mute while random seeking).
Is it possible to make script like that?

mpc == mp3?

We just support the file formats that Xine has available.

I do not believe such a script would be possible.
