Hi,
I have the following problem: On partys at home I usually give everyone access to the computer running amarok. (too different tastes to let one person choose) But I hate it when people skip within a song or remove the music of others from the wishlist. So is it possible to block or even password protect this buttons ? (I personally world prefer it in amarok 1.4, but I would also change to 2.0 for this) Best regards, Maddi |

No, sorry. You would have to change the program code itself (which might be a trivial one-line change, once you find the right line).

Perhaps something like the old Amarok Screensaver script could be made to do this without changing any Amarok code.

Take the mouse away and disable short-cut keys?

Or just remove the forward button from the toolbar (Settings->configure toolbar). This might already work for a large fraction of lay users...
