Make Top Billboard songs out of collection

I've been through every site I can find with plugins.  Has anyone ever seen a plugin that will search my collection of mp3's and make a playlist of every song I have that was on the US Top 100 Billboard?

Haven't seen one, although it sounds like something that a script could do.
