Hello everebody,

I have though about some simple features that could be interesting to integrate in amarok.

• I have a problem with duplicate albums because I've on my laptop a small set of my collection and on a USB drive the complete the collection.
  Therefore I have some albums that exist in both collection and I didn't find how to distinguish between them. So I propose that in the collection we could order the collection by directory or at least by mounted point (I'm talking about 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level).
  
• Fetching cover (manually) should be done directly on the albums and not on the track. Moreover fetching cover works perfectly with english albums by I have some probleme with french or spanish albums.
  
• Rating, in the playlist is more difficult than in amarok 1.4: The way to edit all the tags is cool but it is more difficult when you want to edit only the rating. Moreover rating in "current track" is not always synchronise with rating in the playlist (Therefore that a new layout to rate in an easier way, like amarok 1.4)
  
• I'm also looking to a feature to merge similar artist name by re-tagging them, or at least find the similar artist and them propose the mass tagging of amarok. (For example Bob Marley, bob marley, bob Marley & the wailers, Bob Marley And the Wailers). I was trying to see if it was possible to make a script for this, but i didn't find in the API a way to call amarok mass-tagging with a selection of track)
