The bootsplash apprears after the initilal .iso splash. This image will be in place while the system boots into Xwin.

The bootsplash image should be 1024x768 as it it looks the best.  The file can be a jpeg and the files size for the 1.3 CD was about 105Kb, if that will give you an idea about the nature of the image file.

We feel we have accomplished our goals with this piece of artwork. The wolf and the moon are meant to convey a stylized  version of the official Amarok logo. The Magnatune logo will be hard to miss as we placed it in a prominent location. Our idea here is to get the user to ponder Magnatune and their awesome three fingered Logo while their excitement builds.
