Looking for an old theme

As I said, I'm looking for one of the amarok2 themes wich came with the early alphas.

I'm talking about this one

I really like the whole look of this theme specially those seekbars but I just can't find it online somewhere... so can someone e-mail it to me? Tx in advance!
