Hi there,

I'm a new user to Krita, and I just installed Version 2.9 on my laptop, which runs Windows 8.1 with 4GB RAM, and Intel HD Graphics

I installed with no problems
I opened it with no problems
But, when I went to create a new file, all I see is a blank canvas in my workspace. I noticed that even my mouse cursor disappears when it goes into the blank canvas.

I tried the only solution that I could find, and that's this one: viewtopic.php?f=139&t=121089

It didn't fix it

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
