Hi!

I was really busy with personal life in the run up to the 2.6 release (which will be out tomorrow), so for 2.6, I used Enrico Guarnieri's proposal for a 2.5 splash screen. But we're working already on 2.7 which promises to be an awesome release, with much improved transform tool, performance, flipbook docker, textured painting and more!

So we'll need a fresh new splash screen for that release as well, and I would invite all the artists in the community to start submitting proposals now!

YuriFidelis asked on irc about the size for the splash screen. The basic template we have been using since 2.4 is here: http://www.valdyas.org/~boud/Krita-Splash.v1.5.tar.gz. It's not yet updated for the new icon, but it shows the basic way of working.

The splash itself currently is 440x286, but we could consider other sizes, or even irregularly formed splashes!

BTW: where can I get the current splash template? I have the old one with the paint daubs.
