What should I do?

First make sure that "kdeinit4" is present as a executable program on your system. If it is not present, then please make sure all kdelibs related packages (apart from debugging / development ones) are installed.

One it is present, please try running "kdeinit4" in a terminal, and see if it succeeds. If it prints out any error messages, please paste it here (in [code] tags).

That looks reasonably fine - some missing associations, but nothing relevant to Krita from what I can tell.
Were you able to successfully start Krita after running that command?

Looks okay, but you need to install the oxygen icons to get icons -- and maybe a better widget theme.
