Krita installs to c:\Program Files (x86)\krita; if you move krita to another location you break the installation.

You can fix that by opening a cmd prompt as administrator, then go to the place you moved krita to (C:\Program Files (x86)\Design Software\Krita) and execute this command: "env kbuildsycoca4".

This is not a Krita problem, it is a Windows feature. If you install an application and then move it around, then try to start it, Windows sees that the application has moved and will "repair" it by running the installer again.

Bottom-line: unless you really know your way around Windows, do not move Krita around after installing it. Let the msi install to where it wants and run it from there.
