Now I'm not a dev or anything and to be honest I have no idea what their plans for Mac is but I guess it kinda boils down to the same problem as it was with Windows...
Aaaaand lawyers make lots of money right? The best way to support krita would be to either donate or buy stuff in the upcoming webshop.

As far as I know no Krita developer has a Mac at the moment. That makes it rather unlikely that a lot will happen on that. Last time we checked Krita could be build and worked on the Mac, but we have nobody who works on packages.

I've got a mac now, and I tried to build Krita on the mac -- but I haven't got time to play with it much! Krita on Windows already takes a heck of a lot of time and effort.
