Krita and LazyNezumi

There is - weighted smoothing, but in the latest build it isnt working for some reason. I am sure devs will repair it though.

No relation - nezumi means "rat" (my case) or "mouse" in Japanese. So this little piece of software you refered to was called "lazy mouse" as it was causing brush to drag behind little bit and smoothing the stroke.
In Krita i believe that is called "weighted smoothing" - you can see it on the right hand side in tool options. Its in a drop down menu by default set as "basic smoothing". Unfortunately in latest build it is bugged and doesnt work. But I saw it working before so I am sure it will be back soon.
