Move tool works only for one layer at time, but today I discovered that with ctrl key it works with multiple layers at once!
btw. In newest build pressing hotkeys for tools is not updating active tool in Tools panel. So eg. when switching from brush to move tool with hotkey, icon of brush tool is still enabled - but it should be updated to move tool.

Yes, that's a known issue. I think 8c29b77d23f5d19cc8ba15bec11b11753074b280 introduced that regression -- I need to investigate.
