I have been spending a little time with this 'hairy' brush engine and never really understand what the "hairy" really meant. After looking at all of the settings and parameters, it is *really* a bristle brush engine.
Do any other artists concur? A lot of the hairy brush specific options all deal with bristle brush type features and settings. It seems like it would be be more clear if we changed the name from 'hairy' to 'bristle'. It is a more technical term that artists will be familiar with. I don't know what mass confusion would ensue if this happened though. |
