Hello, I'm a filmmaker active in the Kdenlive community, and in our recent discussions (regular Kdenlive cafés on IRC) it is clear that we have been very inspired by Krita's work in growing and stewarding its community of users, developing and maintaining a welcoming website and many other aspects of how you all manage this wonderful project. In fact, once a new website has been launched, we are even planning to follow in your footsteps with something similar to your 'Artist Interview' section.
This week I read your 'bug triaging' post and thought it was clear and friendly, and a great way to explain to people a little bit more of what happens behind the scenes, and show them how they can help the project without needing to code. This is after all the situation that I, and many other users of creative F/LOSS programs are in... I thought it would be an ideal post to 'fork' for the Kdenlive website - after all, both projects use the same infrastructure - but I didn't see a mention of whether your website content is under an open license or not. Would it be possible for us to adapt this post as a template for a similar Kdenlive article? (with attribution & links, of course!)
