Not necessarily Krita-focused, just general concepts so I can create nice looking animations that aren't choppy. You know, to improve my workshop.

I have bought some great animation courses from Aaron Blaise, not expensive, but they cost some USD Check him out at his homesite at: https://creatureartteacher.com
... He also got very good videos on the subject on YouTube and Vimeo. He uses TVPaint, but his videos are not so much about the software but about the principles of animation... Give him a try! He is worth it!

And last weekend, I sat together with Animtim (Timothee Giet) and we hammered out the contents for the next Krita Foundation training course, and it's going to be all about animation!

I still have not seen all, but I think this tutorial series is great:

Hello,
Here are two links, I am not associated with these channels.

To understand animation, nothing better than to see how we drew before the arrival of computers. https://www.youtube.com/user/sheilagraber/playlists

I thought to add some personal advice, but after watching some videos, I think you'll find answers with to these two links.

Good luck

Bonne chance
