Hi,
Sorry for my english, is not my usually language... So I tried out Krita for doing a comic (https://mtsbd.frama.site/ma%20bd) and Clip Studio Paint using their free trial. The feature set is very comparable. I think both are targeted at the same audience but i prefered Krita... most european comic strip style (for me) but Clip Studio Pain's Vector graphics are awesome. you paint them like a brush and even edit them like a brush stroke! (Up to an understandable point, that is. – It is, after all, a vector line.) This makes creating line-art very convenient. You can edit the thickness of lines and curves at various points . This allows you to taper lines to get a smooth “hand-drawn”/pen-style appearance. Lines and curves can be moved relatively easily. Now, krita vector graphics are good but If it does the same thing or as much as inskape, it has a limited interest. For my utilisation, I would like to have the studio clip tool in addition to other vector tools. Unfortunately, I am not a programmer. For text, importing from inskape is not a problem... Thanks for this software. Best regard |

Please read this before you write posts like these:
