Hi

Thank you for all developers who developed krita, it is really amazing drawing program. I learn it in less than one hour and I was able to implement the drawing that I was thinking in it, but when I was drawing a portrait maybe for one and half hour, krita closed suddenly and after I restarted it, it did not provide any error message or a Restoration, It is frustrating .

My system is KUbuntu 16.04

Krita version is 4.0.1 -appimage -

Normally if Krita crashes would ask you to restore the document you where working on till the last save/autosave, on the next time you open it, maybe it didn't crash but something else triggered the closing of the program "cleanly". You can try running it in the terminal "./krita-appimagenumber.appimage" to see if it states something on the next close.

By the way Nice painting :)
