Pretty self-explanatory it doesn't seem like you can actually up or down vote there?

Where would one log-in on the page? (I can only see the admin log-in)

EDIT: Actually found it while looking at unanswered questions, it prompts that you need an account to post. Also turns out you can just use the "Admin Log-in" too. Both which I find somewhat confusing but oh well. Also does indeed solve the issue of no voting.
