Hello everyone.
Amazing software - Krita. I often use it for drawing. And I'd like to say - many thanks to the dev team! Now to the point. I encountered one strange bug that really **** me off. Steps to reproduce: 1) Open Krita 2) Create empty file 3) Select `Transform Tool` 4) Select any other tool 5) Instant crash without any backups In the terminal you can see this:
Krita version: 4.2.8 OS: Debian (sid) / DE: Gnome 3 Does anyone else have such a problem? |

hey, could you check whether this still happens with the Krita:plus appimage from the downloads page? We've fixed a ton of transformation related bugs, but we will be releasing the 4.2.9 beta tomorrow and the stable for that coming month. (Krita:plus is a nightly build of our stable branch )
If it still happens, could you report the bug to bugs.kde.org under the product Krita? Forums are so bad for tracking bugs that we more or less cannot fix the bug unless it's in the tracker. |

The bug is gone in the beta build.
Thanks! That transform tool was a scourge of mine for some time now. It claimed more than one of my drawings. P.S. And thanks again for all the great work! |
