I many times need to draw lines with arrows and dotted lines. However, each time I need to draw "arrows", I need first to draw the line, and then click on the "select" tool, then appears the "Tool properties" panel and let me choose the kind of arrow, dotted line, color, etc .... it is a headache when it's needed to do it several times and it's not intuitive at all, IMHO.

So I request for a feature to let user to choose the properties of vector shapes before drawing them or at least JUST after draw them.
