What are the minimum and recommended system requirements for Krita? Am getting a Ryzen laptop so also guide about the Ryzen processor along with Intel. Or can anyone suggest a good one from this list of best ryzen laptops that will work well with Krita? Thanks.

Focus on getting lots of memory -- the more memory the better. Get at least 16GB. Any current CPU will do, but I would go with the Lenovo Flex since it's got a pen.
