On the beta 5 of krita there is the excellent window "Quick settings areas" but updating to the new stable 5 I can't find it, is it possible to install it somehow?

it's a python plug-in that appear in the docker list after installing. For me it was avaliable by default, first look in the docker list, if it doesn't show, have a look in python plugin in krita settings

In Appimage there is, in the kde Neon user repository there is not (not even in the settings), do you know how to install it in the kde Neon user repository? what's the name of the muon package?
