There is a project named gimp# or gimp-sharp. its realized in c#, but slows down.

My problem:
I'm in no kind of a designer. Our Website (Club/e.V.) needs only one .atn file to do some borders around the pictures. This is the ONLY reason, why we need Photoshop and i don't like that it depends on not free software ...

I think, that there are many other people around like me.
Not knowig Potoshop, but to use an .atn-file, a converter .ath to ... will help ...

I like your work, but, if Krita supports .atn-files, i think, that there are out some milions of users that are ...

I really doubt we will ever be able to support that file format. Our way of recording actions is probably just too different from Photoshop's.
