Hi everyone,

This post is a couple of weeks late after 2 weeks in internet-free Cuba, so my apologies to Shicmap for the delay in posting this.

Anyway, we were talking about the naming of what's currently being called the "pop up pallete" and she asked me to pose my question here:

"what name would be the clearest for what this tool actually does?"

Given that it's currently used to select recent / new colours as well as brush presets quickly and easily. Some ideas of mine:

* Quick selector
* Fast select pallette
* Rapid chooser
* Colour/tool selector
* any combination of the above

My personal favourite is the first one "Quick selector". What are everyone else's thoughts here?

Yeah, that would work for me, too. It does beg the question "quick at *what*?" Nice and short though.

What about just "Quick select" as in "open quick select with the right mouse button"...

"select" sounds like something to do with selections, which isn't.

wah! I didn't know you have posted this question on the forum. Sorry, I have been busy lately. I will go with 'Quick Palette'
