I'm working right now on making it possible for the Krita contributors to get together for a weekend of coding, pizza, discussions and coding. And hopefully discussions with artists: artists who have been testing and using Krita for the past year, providing cool art and great feedback are very much invited!

I need to find a new location, but most importantly: we need a new t-shirt! So... Fire up Krita (or a different app if that strikes you fancy -- but we'll want to know why! ) and show us what you think the well-dressed Krita contributor should wear in 2011!

If the sprint is in Deventer again I volunteer to organise and commission the T-shirts again (from the same firm that made them last time; mine is lasting beautifully).

Yeah, I'm amazed at how well the baby one you sent has lasted considering what it's been through since we got it! *rolls eyes* Being semi-organic, too was a really nice touch.

I'm mulling some ideas over, and will see what I can come up with when I've got some *cough* free time!

I have to admit, there's something cool about the fact that squirrels are a type of critter sounds like Krita

Nice. One of the distinctive "feature" of Krita's squirell would be that he paints using his tail, so there should probably be some kind of paint on his tail.

Looks really nice. Although I must say that there is something about the tail that's bugging me a bit. How about a smoother (softer) tail, and maybe like cyrille said, a little dripping paint on the tail?

Here is a little idea , largely inspired by this topic and the good work already done by Animtim. This is a mix of the old logo and new one with a squirel silhouette as well as the global silhouette of a 'K'.
