How can I change opacity value with the gradient tool ?

You can use the opacity slider in the top toolbar.

"seuil de lissage" does not change anything for me ...

Hm -- the same opacity slider that changes the opacity for the freehand tool changes it for the opacity tool. Check the top toolbar at -- there is an opacity slider there (currently at 0 %). That's the one you need to use.

I don't find it...
I went to configure tool bar -> brushes & co, but I don't find it !

Try to reset to defaults in that dialog. Button in the bottom left corner.
